Ms. Prabha, leads the overall Ecological Justice and Women’s Leadership theme of the organization. She also coordinates projects on emergency response and women's leadership in humanitarian settings. She worked as a Program Officer and Project Coordinator at WOREC under Violence Against Women Campaign staying at Udayapur and Rupandehi since 2020. Where she has accomplished knowledge of project management from a gender perspective and integrated approach for community movement building. She has also experience of working as a researcher where she was involved in the study on gender, migration, women’s political participation and climate change. Her academic background encompasses Master’s in Gender Studies from Tribhuvan University of Nepal. She believes transformative leadership as only tool for social transformation.
