Ms. Sunita serve as Executive Director at WOREC and have been actively involved in organizational management, program development, and fundraising. Her educational background includes completing an MBA program at Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom. Throughout her career, which spans over ten years, her primary focus has been advocating for enhancing Human Rights and Social Justice. She has honed her skills in various areas, including organizational management, project management, campaign design, alliance building, and transformative leadership. She firmly believes in the significance of practical and creative communication as a means to facilitate the smooth functioning of organizations. Her particular area of knowledge lies in understanding and analyzing social structures and power dynamics, explicitly emphasizing how these factors contribute to the challenges faced by marginalized communities, women, and girls. In her pursuit of establishing herself as a leader within social movements, she is dedicated to continually internalizing transformative leadership skills and feminist approaches as a tool for dismantling existing unequal power relations. She remains enthusiastic about contributing to her  dream of creating a Just Society.
