Bindu Pokhrel Gautam is a feminist development professional having expertise in gender, equity and human rights (GER) with more than two decades of work experience in this sector. Her entire work experience comes from development sector especially for promoting and protecting children and women’s rights. She has experience working with different national and international organizations where she gained expertise both in people and program management, policy and strategies development, training including content development and facilitation relating to children and women’s rights, gender, equity, human rights and development challenges from feminist perspective and principles. The experience also is in leading national assessments and research studies in social, cultural, and protection issues including child sexual abuse, gender-based violence and also in emergency/pandemic situations.
