Ms. Anupama Pokharel is Project Coordinator at the Women's Rehabilitation Centre (WOREC), Nepal, with a robust academic background, holding a Master's in International Relations from South Asian University and an M.Phil. in International Relations and Diplomacy from Tribhuvan University. With expertise in international relations, public diplomacy,  gender justice, and feminist theory , she brings a nuanced perspective to WOREC’s initiatives on gender-based violence, community resilience, and women’s rights advocacy. Previously, she served as a Translator, Interpreter, and Political Assistant at the Embassy of India in Nepal, where she honed her skills in diplomacy and cross-cultural communication. She also is a visiting faculty member  at Tribhuvan University’s  Department of International Relations and Diplomacy . She  is deeply committed to fostering inclusive policies and empowering marginalized communities through sustainable, gender-just solutions in Nepal.
